- This cutting board is equivalent to Viking Model Number - HCB. It fits 12 inch wide griddle plate. It is for use on the Viking VGIC, VGSC, VGRC open and sealed burner gas ranges, Viking VDSC dual fuel range and Viking VGRT open and sealed burner gas rangetops. Note: This item does not fit the 42 inch wide Viking VGRT or the Portable Griddle. Customers have noted that it also fits certain Thermador griddles.
