These soft urethane cushion pads come with an adhesive seal on the back to be placed either upon the toe area of shoes or upon the heel area of shoes to prevent rubbing and cushion impact. Each package comes with 3 sets of ball of foot cushion pads and 3 sets of back of heel cushion pads. These cushions are preventive aides against toe pain and heel pain. Works with all size shoes.
