I am enjoying this book because it gives me insight into my feelings. It helps me deal with stressful situations as they arise. I really like the list at the back which helps you substitute negative feelings for beneficial healthy positive feelings. Stress kills and it does not help the situation. I like the way this books gives me help with my feelings.
