Instructions for using Driver Treasure:
Ignition coil test: internal with power drive module, radiator fan drive module, urea pump motor module
The above coils and motors are equipped with power amplification modules inside, so only Hall signals need to be input to drive the test. The drive module generally has three wires, namely: power+, ground, and signal input.

Test steps:
1. Provide power to the Drive Treasure and select 12V or 24V based on the voltage of the tested module.

2.Connect the power supply+terminal of the tested module to the power supply voltage.Output socket, module grounding terminal connected to ground wire.Socket, signal input connection Hall signal output.The socket and the tested module should be able to work normally at this time.

3. If the ignition coil (with internal power module) is tested, the frequency is adjusted to 10-40HZ, the duty cycle range is 95% -99% (Hall signal socket outputs negative duty cycle signal), and the adjustable voltage is adjusted to 5-11V.

4.If testing the motor module and adjusting the frequency to 50HZ-200HZ with a duty cycle range of 1% -99%, the voltage can be adjusted to 5-11V.

5.Test instructions for high current electromagnetic coils
The internal principle of actuators such as ignition coil (without power module), fuel injector, solenoid valve, electronic throttle motor, etc. is a single electromagnetic coil with two wiring terminals.

Testing method:
Plug in the external power supply to drive the device.

- Adjust frequency and duty cycle:
If testing the ignition coil and fuel injector, adjust the frequency to 10 40HZ and the duty cycle range to 1% -5%.

If testing the solenoid valve, throttle motor, frequency adjustment to 50-200HZ, and duty cycle range of 1% -90%.

Connect one end of the actuator to be tested to the power voltage output socket and the other end to the electromagnetic coil drives the socket, and the tested actuator should be able to work normally at this time.

- Stepper motor drive test：
The main types of stepper motors used in automobiles include: instrument stepper motors, idle stepper motors, headlight steering and headlight height adjustment stepper motors, etc

The stepper motor consists of two sets of coils, namely Group A coil and Group B coil.

- Steps for testing the stepper motor:

1. Plug in the driver treasure to an external power supply (voltage should not exceed 12V)

2. Measure the two sets of coils of the stepper motor with a multimeter, then connect AA and BB of the driver respectively. Press the stepper motor button, and the stepper motor should rotate normally. If it does not rotate, the stepper motor has a fault.
