This supplement provides 2,600 mg of Vitamin C from ascorbic acid, calcium ascorbate, and magnesium ascorbate, along with 30 mg of calcium from calcium ascorbate, 100 mg of magnesium from magnesium ascorbate, and 275 mg of potassium from potassium bicarbonate. It also contains 20 mg of quercetin in the form of quercetin dihydrate from Sophora japonica and 20 mg of luteolin from Sophora japonica. The formula is supported by other ingredients including malic acid, natural flavors, and monkfruit extract.

good product.
Good quality vitamin C . We put the powder into capsules instead of mixing with water, but my child sometimes burps with a strange nose sensation afterward—likely from the acidity or too little water. Taking it with food and plenty of water helps. Overall, it's a clean and effective product, though buffered vitamin C might be gentler for sensitive stomachs. I don't know if it's safe for long-term use every day.

Initially the first time I tried this, the flavor was too strong/ (bitter lemon), but the reformulation dramatically improved the flavor. In 2025, now it gets a thumbs up!
