Summer cool and cute with sandals. The ruffle hem is striped blue. The sleeves are not sewn wrong on mine but the neckline seam is slightly crooked.

Hate to return but...
I want to love this dress - it is darling - the size medium fits perfectly...except for the arm holes??? It's like they sewed XS sleeves on a medium dress. This throws off the fit in the shoulders neck and arms :( (I ordered a 2nd hoping it was a fluke - but sadly they both have to go back)

Shoulders and arms are WAY too tight. Not true to size at all. Was going to order a larger size to see if that would work but all are out of stock. It would have been a very comfortable casual summer dress otherwise
