A WONDERFUL FILM

THE KITE RUNNER DVD WAS AS CLOSE TO THE OUTSTANDING BOOK AS IS POSSIBLE. I EXPECTED TO BE SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED IN THE FILM BUT I WAS WRONG. THIS MOVIE WAS NOT AS POPULAR AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AT THE BOX OFFICE....THAT IS A SHAME. WALMART HAS MADE THIS DVD AVAILABLE AT A REASONABLE COST AND THE MONEY AND TIME TAKEN TO WATCH IT ARE WELL WORTH IT!!!!!

Excellent

This is a great film. I learned alot about another culture and at the same time, lessons on friendship, loyalty and family. This was a great movie. It has subtitles which I really don't like but the movie made up for what I didn't like about the subtitles.

NEED TO WATCH WHEN PAYING ATTENTION

SINCE THIS MOVIE INVOLVES READNG SUBTITLES FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE MOVIE YOU NEED TO BE AWAKE AND AWARE AND PREPARED TO READ IF YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON. THIS MOVIE IS TRUE TO THE BOOK. BOTH ARE EXCELLENT.
