Trust is as important as quality.

So I had to leave pics this time. I want this to be a fair review. I can't leave even 1 star because I never got that far. What you see in the pics is exactly what I received. Here is the fair part. I messaged the company. Once about how I got a message saying I would have my purchase by 8pm on a night yet tracking had it in Ohio at 8:45. The next day no tracking at all. They did fine it, replied and it did show. On time even. They were prompt. Again we messaged when I sent them the very pics I posted here. They were kind enough to offer me a replacement without returning the item. This sadden me. I had already told them I was turned off and just wanted a refund. I got their reply only after I had returned the item as I said I would. In all the reviews for this seller a few of them described what happened to me. But they were a small sample of a large population of better then average reviews. To good to be true I guess? They can do better and should have. Things cost to much today to have to stress this kind of thing. I've been trumped enough. Trust is as important as quality. You can offer me a replacement but if I don't trust you I don't trust the quality. Even if it's near perfect.
