From mini calzones to empenadas and fried pies, this 4" dough press from Frieling will give you consistent size and great results for all your favorites! Made from high-quality 18/8 stainless steel, the bottom of the mold can be used to cut 4" circles from rolled out dough so you get the right size circle for pressing. Simply place the dough circle on the press, fill with your favorite ingredients, moisten the edges of the dough with water, and use the handles to fold the mold. Press together for perfectly crimped and sealed half-circles that are approximately 4" x 2". Dishwasher safe.
