Terrible experience purchasing this item. In my opinion, they didn't have the item in stock and sent another supposedly similar one, which in reality was nothing like it. The color was totally different, even the buttons were different colors. When I requested my refund, they only gave me half, which was due to the shipping service as if it had been my fault.
