GREAT AFTER RESTRICTOR REMOVED
I removed the flow restrictor in the wall shower part only, not the hand held sprayer. Restrictor is located under the screen with a black washer around it. Restrictor is under screen, is yellow with a black tiny O-ring over it. Remove the O ring (easy to get out) and the then remove the yellow restrictor. I found it hard to remove the yellow restrictor, but I used a pick from a set of various picks that I had and pried it out slowly. Now I have great water pressure in both fixtures. This new fixture is not as heavy as the Kohler spout I removed, but it was easy to install, good water pressure without the restrictor, hose is flimsy and feels plastic, but it looks fine and works and does not leak.

Needs hard tightening
On the shower arm coming out of your wall, you will need to really crank on the wrench to get it to not leak at the base. Do not use grips, channel locks, nor pliers. Use a crescent wrench and keep tightening till the unit locks in to place.
