So easy to use. Pick your scent . . Apple cinnamon is great for any room, put refill in unit and plug in. Fresh scent without flame so safe for use in homes with pets and small children. The fall and Christmas scents give the illusion that your baking yummy treats. I always have refills on hand and they are great at eliminating pet odors and making your home inviting and cozy.

Okay-Need more information

I bought this product for the first time last time and got a double one, I think they call it customizable but don't see anything to customize.  The packaging and directions need work to be more informative. The package says adjust as desired but it doesn't show you where or how to adjust it. There's one slide button on the side of the unit that I think adjusts if the scent comes from one side or the other but can't be sure.  I see no way of adjusting the volume/flow.

Doesn't last long even with refills

I bought these about a month ago and at first they worked great. Then when it came time to refill them, all of the sudden the warmer was not working. I bought new warmers, refills, and even changed outlets and eventually they all stop working after first use. I'm very disappointed and will not be wasting anymore money on this product. Also, one of my refills smelt absolutely terrible and I had to throw it away. I don't know if it was old or what but I wasted money once again.
