heats well yet doesn't burn food

I use this quite often as I drive for work, sometimes 10-14 hrs in the car. it heats up and holds the temperature - not continuing to heat like others. this one won't burn your food in the center, just holds it as a nice hot temp as long as you want. how fast it warms depends on what's put in- frozen obviously takes the longest but will still cook. I also like that I can use any type of container. I also love the purple color.

great heating, zipper design needs work

works as advertised actually if you leave it plugged in right up until you're ready to eat the food is a little too warm for my liking. the zipper material is substandard on the first use and every subsequent use since then the zipper has snagged and dragged so I don't expect it to last very long.
