I like Cognium Complete better than Cognium Memory simply because of the bang for your buck. It costs about the same but has way more benefits, according to the nutrition information. Cognium Memory has the 100 mg of silk protein hydrolysate and that's it. Cognium Complete has that and so much more, various vitamins, selenium, zinc, etc. I eat a very healthy diet but I'll take all the nutrition I can get especially when I have a hard time eating enough to meet my nutitional needs. This is worth the investment for a sharp mind.

My husband suffers from some memory deficits due to prescribed medication he had been on for many years. Both of us are trying a few things and a friend says she use these and was quite happy. We are a good week into them and we feel it is too soon to see, but it definitely has not made things worse they are easy to digest and don't cause any stomach upset.
