Helps me feel better
This was recommended to me by my naturopath to help with mold toxicity detox. I just take two pumps twice a day, hold in my mouth for 30 seconds, and then swallow. You're supposed to take on and empty stomach and wait 10 minutes before eating so I take it first thing in the morning and right before dinner. The taste is ok- I got used to it and now I don't mind it at all. I do feel like it has helped me feel better overall and I've been taking it for about a month now. The bottle is small so only lasts 30 days or so, depending on how much you take it. I will keep using this.
