I bought this for backup because the battery in my old one was getting old. Well turns out this new phone is only good for the battery, otherwise it does not work. Stuck in shut down/restart mode, making it impossible to use at all. I do love this model, and will be purchasing another from a different seller. I got a janky one from this seller and unfortunately didn't realize until it was too late to return.
