Wrinkled and didn't fluff out properly

The pillows arrived in a smallbox rolled up in very small Rose. And when I unpackaged them, they did not fluff out like they should they have wrinkles all in the fabric. And look horrible I had to order other pillow inserts to put in to the cover so that hopefully they will fill out properly.
