This was a good product except for one thing. The products was too small for an XL. I wear this particular size with all my clothes. The fabric was good, it does make one sweat but after one use it fell apart, again, because it was too small. I will have to sew it up and pass it down to my boyfriend since he is slimmer. Overall, I personally am not satisfied with the product. Here is a photo before I tried it on, the seams are now busted.

I would not recommend this product. The ends (bottom and top) roll-up. Very thin material. Can easily tear. Did not provide enough sweat opportunity.
