I would have given all 5 stars to this product because it's great. Only problem I have is that the shipping people, FedEx, or whoever handled this item did awful. There is two spots on the end of each section that the wood is broken from being drop it seems like. I know that from haw it came out the box. So yeah my futon is a bit broken, it functions, just have to deal with it sloping off on the side and the lounge piece is busted on top with a dent in it.

Good for 1-2 years
Have been using this for 3 years and it sag at a few places. It is a very good option for someone who can be very gentle with sitting. Its not good for heavy (>160 lbs and above). Not sure how to recycle this or repair it, and keep it in my basement,
