Did not get what I ordered and no one is fixing it

DO NOT BUY. I ordered the caramel signature lion as advertised and paid over 40$ for it. Instead, I received a scraggly lion worth no more than 20$ at the most. I contacted the seller and have gotten no response. I would like my money back.
