    Chandelier had rusted and missing parts

    Safavieh has products that are inferior in quality and parts were missing. Their customer service is atrocious and they are totally irresponsible. They couldnt care less to rectify the problem and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Walmart should stop importing inferior products from China, especially from Safavieh.
