Ordered 4 tension knobs for a craft stand but only received a package containing 2. Your rep sent an email to the seller who never responded. Contacted you again and did receive a refund but no further help - rep did not offer to contact the distributer. Finally found out who it was and am waiting a reply now. Should be your job to straighten this out, NOT MINE!
