DMAE
DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is the main active ingredient, well-known for its cognitive and mood-enhancing benefits. DMAE is known for its potential to support cognitive function, and I've experienced better concentration and mental clarity, especially during work or complex tasks. The capsules have no distinct taste, which is great, as some supplements can have a lingering aftertaste.
