Didn't work for a second

I was super excited to try this wireless charger and then immediately disappointed. Did not work at all. Red light comes on when plugged in, flashes green when phone gets placed on it and no charging whatsoever. Submitted a claim with customer support and haven't heard I thing but sent me a survey and other marketing emails...
