Nostalgic
Great condition works perfect having a fun time just like when I was a kid
This game is worth the hours I spent playing it. It's a little tough to get used to, but the fighting system is absolutely great. It looks positively stunning in HD, and, although it only goes until the Cell Saga, is still a fun play. The only bad thing about it is once you beat it once, you kind of don't want to beat it again. Like, there aren't many features other than the main story and online battling with other players. Not a huge gripe, but I wish there would have been more modes.
AweSome Game!!!!
I consider myself to be one of the biggest Dragonball Fans on Earth. I have even read the original comics in the native Japanese language they were written in. I have played every DBZ game ever made, even the Arcade exclusives. Overall I must say this is the most enjoyable DB experience I have had with them all. There is not much I don't like about this game. Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect, but for what Dimps/Atari were aiming for, they succeeded in an overall sense. Anyone can see, Burst Limit is graphically superior to any other DBZ title by far. I can even say it looks better than the original cartoon. There is a moderate amount of challenge at the normal level for beginners, and a huge challege at the very hard and Z levels for advanced users like me. There are differences in the behaviors of the characters in terms of speed, agility, moves, specials etc. Its not as definitive as I would like but pretty good. The interface or navigation of the screens is very standard but are graphically nice to view with vivid color and it changes backgrounds as you progress through the game. The sound is there for the most part. Character voices match their American/Japanese actors. Good effects on the attacks, impact, specials and super moves. Would like to have seen 7.1 used instead of just Dolby 5.1 to make full use of system specs. At this point, unlockables are pretty standard, encouraging you to complete the game. Characters, stages, difficulty levels, game modes, and dramapieces. Nothing that just really pops at you. My biggest complaint is that the storyline is not easy to follow for anyone not familiar with the story. It just kinda jumps from one fight to the next. Fans know what's going on, but no one else will have a clue. They could have had more narration to help with this. I still love this game best of the DBZ series and look forward to great improvements in the next installment. I recommend to fans of the DBZ universe.
