Fridge arrived badly damaged. Box looked like someone took a sledge hammer to it. Nevertheless, the driver dumped it onto my driveway and left. Since I couldn't possibly get this thing into my car to return it to the store, I had to call WalMart CS 3 times. Was told that they would send FedEx to get it, but that never happened. Finally, resorted to calling local store and they kindly send an employee to my house to get it and return it for me. Totally disappointed in WalMart and FedEx with the handling of this. Will never buy something this large from WalMart again.
