I am going to gift this to EVERY adult I am planning to provide a gift to during the upcoming holidays. I thought these oil sprayers were a gimmick but oh my, these EVO spray bottles are AMAZING! OBSERVATIONS: 1) sprays the oil out faultlessly - I've been using oil from those disposable spray cans as I thought no way can a regular spray bottle get that nice, microfine mist - this is not as fine but almost as fine and in some ways much better. What I wanted was to be able to mist my oil instead of pouring and this absolutely accomplishes that 2) reliable - I've sprayed this thing at least 100-200 times and it has never once clogged up. 3) I like the smaller size better as I like to refrigerate larger quantities of oil once open. These 4 ounces or so are perfect for leaving out if I should choose while the rest is refrigerated 4) p.s. for those that love "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray - yes, I know it's bad for you but I love it on top of my popcorn - decant the liquid into these spray bottles and toss those yellow bottles with the awful sprayers (I think they want us to reduce usage and yes it's effective because I get tired of spraying but some of us just don't want to eat dairy and aren't eating this out to limit intake and nothing should be so hard to spray). 5) love the two colors so I can easily distinguish between a variety of oils - green one for olive oil and yellow for my beloved aforementioned "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" - I know this is a review for EVO but this butter alternative is amazing as well 6) TIP: do not partially depress the trigger to dial down how much oil is released - that's when you'll just get a thick splatter - you need to fully commit and quick/firmly press the trigger to obtain a diffuse spray that lightly but fully covers your food. Not fully depressing the lever does not spray out less oil - in fact it sprays more and in a clump. It really is a game changer for cooking. One tip -watch the manufacturer video on how to position the spray tube (towards the front so you can get all the oil to spray out). In that same video they did state every sprayer comes with a funnel you can clip on but mine didn't come with that. Maybe it only comes w/the larger size
