Terrible Customer Service

Received product and opened it and started it and it was fine. Put it aside (I bought for my son's virtual kindergarten class). Just started up a gain and first I had to do an OS recovery and then it wouldn't stay on for more than 3 minutes! Crashed everytime! Reached out and Acer Recertified refused to accept return because it had been 32 days. Told me to give them the serial number so they can arrange for repair and then CRICKETS. They never got back to me and school is fast approaching with no Chromebook.
