This product not only came with no instructons, whn attempting to put together one of screw holes apparently not big enough, split the wood piece Also the bottom step which is on only an aliminum bar slides back and forth on said bar, does not feel stable enough to hold your weight (less than 150 lbs). waited to long to contact company - they wold not take it back.
