Very valuable experience

So here we have a company that makes high-end closet doors, selling online at Walmart. And me, a guy who owns tools but hasn't yet mastered them, trying to install new closet doors in a bedroom. The good ones are HEAVY. I searched and searched, but as soon as move past stuff like glass/mirror %26 bifold doors, it seems like you're instantly paying around $1000 for the plainest of solid (solid-seeming, I should say) wood doors. In the end, I just chose the plainest heavy wooden doors I saw. I was very happy to find that they arrived in perfect shape, delivered by a good-looking young man in a nice Mercedes black van. When I saw how beautiful the woodworking was, I knew I'd made the right choice. These things are understatement incarnate. My congratulations to the manufacturing team. The cutting and mounting of such heavy doors was a first for me. It was the most challenging project I've completed, and in the end, they add a lot of gravitas to this bedroom. I'm proud of myself, only made a couple of mistakes. There's a lot of forgiveness when you're working with wood.
