the right thing for the price

Good, sturdy cardboard donkey. I needed a donkey for a children's play and couldn't afford much. This worked out well. The donkey comes folded in half. There's a fold-out piece of cardboard on the back to use as a stand - it works but not real stable for free standing. I taped a thick dowel down the back to keep the fold straight and then taped a block of wood near the bottom for support. This helped it stand alone without risk of falling over. Would recommend this donkey.

Beautifully made!

This donkey is absolutely perfect. I'm using this for my Christmas Pageant. My friend came in to look at it and she thought it was made of wood, not cardboard. Very realistic. The only little issue is that it folds in half and the cardboard creases are pretty obvious. I placed a blanket over the donkey (which they used in those days) and it covers the creases. Highly recommend this product and Oriental Trading!

Great product for the price!

This "cardboard donkey" works great for what our church needed. Looks very life like; can be stood up with fold out stand on the back or mounted to wood or up against a wall or whatever you want it. Perfect for indoor use. If kept in direct sunlight, colors begin to fade to a bluish/grey. We used it outside. I sealed it with plastic wrap for winter window heat shrink sealing and it held up fantastic, other than the color fading from UV rays. Highly recommend!
