This is the second time we purchased this rug. My husband had its predecessor for around 6 years ... and with a dog, high traffic room and living in a dusty area it held up as best as we could expect! We like it so much that we purchased it again. It's soft and looks great. We have had shedding but nothing unexpected and it definitely goes away over time.
