This is a third person shooter. As someone who is 43 and likes some video games I was excited to play Alien. But, this is a very advanced game for someone who is use to old school games. Its amazing and very well done. But there are lots of controls to use and things to know and maps and equipment. My daughter (16) and my son (27) love it and think it is wicked easy to play but that is because they are great with video games and know how to do all of that stuff. The graphics are amazing and I love the game play. I couldn't figure out all the controls because I am from a different generation and there was too much going on for me. But my kids love it and they think its a blast. My boy has played it through several times and still plays.
