Instructions were easy to follow. We use a Tivo DVR, so I was concerned it would complicate the setup process. It runs separate from Tivo, so no worries there. Our TV didn't have the proper HDMI, but the on-screen instructions cleared it right up for us. Will get another for a second TV after figuring out how to split a single HDMI input.
