As on older, balding bicyclist concerned about growing number of sunspots on my face and head, and an extreme dislike of sunscreens, I turned to this product to limit my upper-body sun exposure. Works great! Light fabric weight combined with self-generated wind keeps me cool using the hoodie even in triple-digit summer temperatures. I ride gravel and the hoodie does not limit vision or hearing. Prior to this product, I used a folded bandana soaked in water, but this did not cover the neck and temple areas of the face. Even though rated as hand wash and no dryer, I wash on gently cycle and hang to dry and have no issues.

This shirt is well made and true to fit. If your prefer a baggy fit, I suggest buying up a size. Overall a great value, especially compared to the name brands they peddle at the camping store. There is a vinyl logo on the left breast, but it is very discrete, which matches my style.
