Being an active 73 year old, I want to continue to do my boxing, weight lifting, flipping tires, and ropes. As I only drink decaffeinated coffee I wanted to boost my energy levels. I have been taking one a day for the past eleven days, and certainly feel that my workouts are getting more intense. I would pay more that $1,50 a day for a energy booster drink, and then probably get the shakes.
