Good product- don't use this vendor

The Sorceress pop figure is cool, but it arrived missing her stand and as you can see from her pose, it is needed. I checked and it should have come in the box. I contacted the seller through two ways Walmart offers to resolve and have heard nothing back. That's not great customer service. Nothing against the product, but just not this vendor.
