Very dissatisfied

I am very disappointed with Walmart shipping system. This is the second time I order these panels, but this time I got a totally wrong order. I have to repackage and send the boxes back, and a week later I haven't heard anything. It seems like fed ex is holding the boxes at Spartanburg, SC, and they have not even reached Walmart's warehouse, in order for them to send the correct panels to me. Then, a project that should be done already, has not even started.
