cracked and silicome coming out

These came in today and straight out of the package, there were multiple cracks throughout both pads where silicone was coming through. I am not sure if I happened to get an old pair that had been sitting, but I couldn't believe the amount of cracks in the film that covers the silicone. Sadly, They aren't usable and are going to be returned.
