Very disappointing
This looks great. After the very lengthy installation, you have to wave your hands under it about 4-5 times before it pumps soap out. Each and every time.

Does not dispense proper amount
Only dispenses a little soap each time. So have to swipe 5 times to get my hands ready to wash.

Hello JRHOU and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website. The Moen M-Power Foam Soap Dispenser was designed for a 1 ml dispense per activation. Depending on the thickness of the soap, 1 ml per activation may take a few swipes to get enough soap to wash your hands.
