Great rug for entryway 4’x 5’4”

Love this size. Very hard size to find and believe me I have looked everywhere! Needed a larger rug than the normal 30x46 inch size and this rug 4feet by 5.4 feet fit the bill. Great value for the price. Our entryway is straight from outside so we needed something that would get the dirt off. Most rugs were too commercial looking and this was the perfect balance.

snug as a bug in a rug

I'M NOT NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE LUXURY OF SISAL BUT THIS FAUX SISAL BY MAINSTAYS WAS A SURPRISE. IT IS MADE FROM OLEFIN AND THE PICTURE DOESN'T REFLECT THE REAL THING. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I WANTED AN EXTRA RUG IN THE BEDROOM BUT COULDN'T HIDE THIS ONE SO I PUT IT IN MY ENTRYWAY. MY DOG LOVES IT TOO. IT VACUUMS VERY EASY AND SAM'S CLAWS DOES NOT GET CAUGHT. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM ROLLING ON IT. HE APPROVES!! THE BACKING LOOKS VERY GOOD AND I DON'T BELIEVE IT WILL BE GOING ANYWHERE. WHEN I OPENED IT I THOUGHT THERE MAY BE AN ODOR BUT THERE WASN'T. IT HAS 100 PERCENT OLEFIN PILE. IT WILL BE GREAT IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS. WITH THIS BEING STAIN RESISTANT AND FIRE RETARDANT I DON'T THINK I WOULD WANT THE COSTLY UPKEEP OF SISAL. I THINK YOU CAN TAKE THIS RUG OUTSIDE AND HOSE IT DOWN. I KNOW THE SMALLER RUGS ARE MACHINE WASHABLE. I AM A RECYCLED TEENAGER SO HEAVY HOUSE WORK DOESN'T COME EASY AND I NEED EASY TO CARE FOR PRODUCTS. I LOVE WALMART'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICIES BUT I DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE RETURNING THIS WHEN YOU FEEL THE SOFTNESS AND SEE HOW PRETTY IT IS. I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT WHEN I SAW IT AND I THINK YOU WILL TOO.

Adds Great Overall Appearance for Any Room.

I didn't realize how really good this Mainstays Faux Sisal Gray 5x7 Rug looks until it was down on my floor. I like how it looks and blends with everything around it. It feels good underfoot and doesn't show dog hair between vacuumings. The bottom is not foam backed, so it won't glue itself to my wood floors as previous rugs have. It has a latex backing that aids in being slip resistant. Although I noticed that when my little dog is doing her 90 yard dash, she managed to move it a little. It is a fantastic accent to any room and I could have put it anywhere and it would have blended in and added to the room's looks. It is made of 100% Olefin pile. I need an easy to care for rug and this fits the bill. I am so impressed with this faux sisal look that I immediately ordered a matching runner to go between my couch and coffee table. The room has taken on a new re-modeled look due to the size and pattern of this rug. Plus the fact that I live in 100+ year old house, this rug makes for warmth on the wooden floor.
