Cute Summer Top But Short

This is a cute top. However, I was very disappointed in how short the length is. Doesn't fit like the picture shows. The hem just covers the top of my shorts. Still looks cute though and I'll just wear it with shorts to run errands. Won't buy another one in a different color though.
