Too tight

I had a headache just hours after putting in this septum ring. I'm sure it's designed like this because in theory it won't fall out. It pinched way too tight in the middle and kept trying to go sideways. I couldn't get it to flip up into my nose so it just looked like I had a bit of snot at the end of my nose.
