I purchased two of these I have a fairly large home with 7 dogs. The first one I hooked up it does wonderful love it the second one says there is an obstruction when there isn’t one (I will be contacting customer service) even after factory reset and swap out the docking station. But it was easy for setup.

Edge error unable to get it to work

Did not work, kept getting error that edge was stuck, cleaned, rebooted, contacted their support and after many email replies with try this and that they said they were not able to replace because I bought at a clearance price so the 1 year warranty was not valid and to return to store.
