Item had previously been open upon receiving. Pieces were broken off and rattling around in the box. It was missing the antenna making it have a very short range. Overall, very disappointed.

I really can't even give this a rating. I ordered it, my box showed up, and it wasn't in there. My invoice had it on there, and even online, it said that it was shipped with my entire order. Highly disappointed how this order was so incomplete with zero communication about it being unavailable. But still charging me for the item until I made the phone call to let them know it wasn't in the box! Customer service rep who i spoke to, just said "" oh yeah this is unavailable "" Very disappointed.
