These are the softest, most comfortable pantyhose/tights I've tried on this whole site! I bought my first pair for a special occasion, but the softness was so amazing I had to buy a few more pairs to have for my daily wardrobe. They are great for wearing all day, and I don't want to take them off at the end of the day. They are that good! The panty area is made of the same soft material as well. It strikes a balance of offering good support without being constrictive or having too much compression. It holds the tights in place quite well all day, and I didn't need to adjust them much at all. They are listed as semi-opaque tights, but the thigh and knee areas of the black style are as sheer as pantyhose. The lower leg is a bit more opaque though, more fitting of the semi-opaque label. I quite like the look of the transition down my legs from sheer to semi opaque. It gives a more sophisticated look. They never bunch up or sag either. They are quite stretchy as well, offering a great fit. I am usually a large/xlarge, and these fit me much better than other styles, which can feel a little small at times at the same size. These Velveteen Tights are highly recommended, you'll be hooked on the softness!
