Corporate Financial Leverage (Paperback)

The present research provides a complete and integrated picture of financial leverage and its associated risk together with financial risk disclosure practices of publicly traded manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. It is a pioneering study on financial risk disclosure in the context of a developing country. Findings would contribute to the literature on capital structure and financial risk disclosure. It would also contribute to the development of a sound and efficient capital market and the economy of Bangladesh as a whole through satisfying the demands and needs of different stakeholders and regulators.
