This is a great product, used to get it on amazon, it's less here. Works great. Iake at night for morning reliability. Medication has altered my natural rhythm, so I have to take preventative maintenance steps, these are part of my daily routine. If you take too many, you'll know, but I take 1 at night for morning consistency, and find them a great, natural product. Efficient without breaking the bank of having crazy chemicals. I swear by these, and can recommend for value and efficacy.
