Apply a generous but thin coat to clean dry feet and legs. Massage thoroughly to feel instant revitalization and refreshment. Apply before and after stress is placed on feet and legs. Apply anytime for quick soothing relief. Apply thin coats more frequently instead of a large amount at one time. Pressure points: In addition to the area in discomfort, apply to the pressure point below and above discomfort. If relief is not felt within 5 minutes, reapply immediately. Re-apply until you feel relief, pain is different for everyone. For a joint, such as a knee, ankle, or in the foot: apply all the way around the joint and at least one or two inches above and below the joint. For feet: cover the area evenly with a thin coat plus apply to the ankle to ensure full coverage. Apply before bedtime. This is new to me and will never be without it. I wake up several times a night with leg cramps so keep this on my nightstand and have used it several times. It works immediately at soothing my cramps and it seems like I am having them less often since using this product. I will never let myself run out of this!

I purchased this for my 88 year old sister, which had very severe pain in her legs and feet, this is the second time she has used this and it works great for her. This is the only thing that gives her any relief. I would recommend this to any one with leg pain.
