Comfortable, with two layers of foam. Only 4? but still thick enough to support even on floor or platform frame. Zipped covers. Solid but not heavy weight. Using in my RV. Fold up or make seat against a wall.

I weigh 185 lbs and I can rest on it comfortably for like 30 min (the bed is on hard wood floor - carpet would provide more cushion), which meets my needs. It would probably work well for 12 ish year olds and under child, who weights about 110 lbs or less. We bought it for our spare bedroom/ office, to replace a full size bed that was taking up too much space. So it works well for me by giving me a place to take a quick nap, but I am sure guests will not love it :/
